Roscoe Village Mixed Use

A new mixed-use project proposed for the intersection of Damen and Roscoe in Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood. The design is influenced by the high number of timber-framed workers cottages with gabled roofs found throughout Roscoe Village. Ground floor retail with 4 2,000sf 3-bedroom, 2-bath condos above.

The basement level is reserved for building amenities and retail storage/mechanical. The building is clad with a slate rainscreen system and standing seam metal roof.
